Warranty terms and conditions for individuals
Each customer is valuable and important to us, therefore, this warranty policy was carefully created and it is fully compliant with the "Law of Georgia On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
Jinbei products are covered by a 2-year warranty. The warranty period begins upon receipt of the item by the customer. To receive warranty service, the customer must present the warranty card.
Warranty service
Warranty service means the free repair of the product if it is damaged within the warranty period, and, if necessary, the provision of replacement parts without additional charges. The repair time is determined as no more than 15 working days from the submission of the device if the replacement parts are available locally. However, if the purchase of replacement parts from outside of Georgia is required, the repair time may extend to 30 working days.
The standard 2 year warranty period applies directly to the product itself. It does not extend to additional accessories such as the power supply, cables, charging devices, batteries, adapters, or any other accessory that may come with the product. These accessories are covered by a limited 6-month warranty.
The replacement of a damaged product within the warranty period occurs in the following cases:
1. If the customer discovers a defect in the product within 3 (three) days from the purchase (in this case, the customer is required to notify the seller of this fact).
2. If the product cannot be repaired within the warranty period.
3. If the seller fails to meet the repair deadline of 15-30 working days.
Warranty service is not provided/terminated if:
● The warranty period has expired
● The warranty card is not presented
● The information on the warranty card has been erased/altered
● The product's serial number is unreadable or does not match the serial number on the warranty card
● The product shows visible or mechanical damage
● The product shows signs of repair or attempted repair by an unqualified person
● The product shows signs of foreign objects or liquid penetration.
Governing Law: In the case of any conflicts regarding these terms and conditions, all disputes will be governed by the laws of Georgia.
